Custom slitting is one of our core capabilities. Since 2015 we operate semi-automatic cutting machines that allow us to slit any TTR master roll to your exact specifications. Whether you need a one-off batch of 22 mm ribbon for a Domino TTO line, or recurring deliveries of 110 mm rolls for a Zebra wide-format fleet, we can produce it.

Why custom slitting matters for your operation
Standard ribbon sizes rarely match every printer in a real-world fleet. Custom slitting eliminates compromise — you get exactly what your printers need, with no wasted material.
- Avoid waste by ordering exact widths for your printer setup
- Reduce inventory complexity — one perfectly-sized ribbon instead of multiple compromise sizes
- Optimize unit economics on long-running printer fleets
- Match TTR specifications precisely for OEM print modules
- Meet packaging-line requirements for high-speed coding operations
Products available for custom slitting
Our entire portfolio can be slit to your specifications — not just one product line.
